Apache Paimon是一种湖格式（lake format），它支持使用Flink和Spark构建实时湖仓架构（Realtime Lakehouse Architecture），适用于流处理和批处理操作。Paimon创新性地结合了湖格式和LSM（Log-Structured Merge-tree）结构，将实时流更新带入湖架构中。
