Objectives

• Be able to download, install Eclipse , the Android SDK & the Eclipse ADT Plugin, and understand its key features. In particular:

  • Project Explorer

  • SDK Manager

  • AVD Manager

• Be able to locate the workspace folder and understand its structure

• Have created a simple Android App (HelloWorld), and be able to manage it within the Eclipse environment.
