Metrics plugin uses go-metrics to calculate metrics of the server.

It contains some metrics:

• serviceCounter
• clientMeter
• "service_"+servicePath+"."+serviceMethod+"_Read_Qps"
• "service_"+servicePath+"."+serviceMethod+"_Write_Qps"
• "service"+servicePath+"."+serviceMethod+"_CallTime"
